What is amla?

How does Amla work?
Amla for healthy skin
The gooseberry improves the complexion. Since the berry is rich in vitamin C, collagen production is stimulated. This in turn is beneficial for young and healthy skin.
Amla for the hair
The amla ingredients of the tropical plant are ideal not only for the skin, but also for hair. This is also thanks to the high vitamin C content at this point.

Amla can lower blood sugar levels
The Amla effect can be very helpful against high blood pressure. Just half a teaspoon of the powder in the morning can help you control your high blood pressure.

If the gooseberry is taken as a dietary supplement, one half to one teaspoon should be consumed twice a day. Preferably with lukewarm water after the meal. For application to the skin or hair, it can be used as needed.

They are well suited for people who travel a lot or are on the move. Capsules are also great if you don’t like the taste of the powder.
